La Pacifica- New Ballroom at Four Seasons Biltmore

We would like to thank Melissa Musgrove for providing us with these amazing images of Ashley and Andrew's Wedding. The very talented Mindy Rice used an abundance of florals to create a spectacular ceremony structure. While Ambient draped the flowing fabric over the ceremony terrace. Ashley's theme colors were green and blue, and we were able to bring those colors into the ballroom and terrace through the beautiful aisle runner, chair cushions and linens. It literally brought the ocean into the ballroom. We came up with a fun area for their wedding party and closest friends by doing lounge type seating with magnolia trees as the focal points throughout the room, each dripping with candles! The seating, blue suede benches with huge throw pillows for the guests to lounge and dine, was provided by Classic Party Rentals. Lazaro Designs created a theme of the double "A" which was incorporated throughout the invites, menus, dance floor and even the ice sculpture which was provided by Images in Ice. It was a very memorable day for all.

Jennifer & Jeremy~Perfect June 6th Wedding!

When I first met Jennifer and her parents, it was an instant connection...she loved the garden style wedding we had done for Lily and John, which was featured in Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine. She loved all the beautiful Spring flowers, and pink and green were her favorite color combinations. The florals were done by Cody Floral Brian and Brady at bb photography captured the joy on their faces all day long! The location and ocean views from the Mariposa Garden at the Four Seasons were stunning, and Maria Axiotis the catering manager was superb in organizing all the catering details. Crumbs did the grooms cake, since he loved playing volleyball. Tracy from Lazaro Design did the menus and favor/escorts for us...inside was a chocolate starfish!
"Thanks so much again for everything! I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding". I cannot wait to see the photos...Jennifer & Jeremy, bride and groom.
"You certainly were the perfect wedding coordinator-I'm so glad I purchased that copy of "Martha Stewart Weddings" that listed your name! Thanks for finding great vendors, your attention to detail in creating beautiful tablescapes and your
kindness to Jenny, John and me."

In spite of the Rain...Zoe and Jake had an amazing day!

I will never forget having to tell this bride 3 days before her wedding day that rain was predicted...after all it doesn't rain that often in Santa Barbara. She wept on my couch, saying this isn't at all what I dreamed! But this storm was coming in and as her planner I had to have her prepared. She had chosen Mt. Carmel Church and loved the newly refurbished courtyard at the Historical Museum here in the middle of town. We designed it around the textures of the adobe building, with candles and olive branches, dahlias and the Latin Style food stations. The colors were olive green, and burnt orange to create that Old Santa Barbara Style she loved. But when rain was predicted, I had to help her see this beautiful day unfold not how she had dreamed but with a tent....but as you can see from the photos, she was thrilled and Town and Country Rentals did an amazing job for all involved. The clear tent not only protected the guests from the rain, it was elegant with the lighting bouncing off of it. We ended up doing cocktails, and doing the dinner/dancing under one beautiful space...and never lost the beauty of what we created.. Thank you to Cynthia Miranda, with Mondial for their amazing food, Ambient Event Design did the lighting and the Florals, Linens were by Wildflower linens. Table numbers and escort cards were from Peppermint Ink. Scott Topper Productions kept them dancing and Christine Dahl created a beautiful cake, and yummy cupcakes to go with the design. The beautiful photos are care of Brian and Brady from BB photography. Thank you all for making another client of ours so Happy!

La Fete Weddings ~ Dina & John
Dina wanted a ceremony in a stunning combination of green and crisp white... since the cocktail hour was on the ocean side of the estate it was fun to use the iridescent blue/green linens for that area.
...but for her reception in October... she chose warmer tones of burnt orange, moss green and chocolate. It was gorgeous! bb-photography shot this wedding. Florals were in great abundance and created by Hearts Bloom. Location ~ Private Estate.
La Fete Weddings ~ KC & AJ
KC loved pinks with a pop of apple green. She and her husband are police officers...they were taken away in the paddy wagon at the end of the night! We had chocolate handcuffs for the favors. I love to help make the weddings both elegant and personal as well. KC chose Chris Briscoe as her photographer. Cody Floral Design embellished this wedding.
